Throughout this summer you will be able to access important information and updates about AYC's Junior Program through this site. Please check back regularly (and Bookmark us) as we will be updating information often--especially once the season starts!

For your planning purposes the dates of this summer's session are below.

AYC SUMMER SESSIONS 2009
Preseason Week: June 22 - June 26
Session 1: June 29 - July 10
Session 2: July 13 - July 24
Session 3: July 27 - August 7
Session 4: August 10 - August 21
Awards Night: August 20 ***PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN DATE

REGISTRATION
The Registration form can be clicked on below, filled in, and submitted electronically. All other forms (3) are accessible by clicking the links below--they will open in a Google Document, which can be printed on one page. Every student must have each form filled in completely in order for them to participate in the program this summer.

June 13: REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. If you have a late request you must submit it via email to the Junior Program Director at aycjpdirector@gmail.com. Not all requests can be granted due to class size limitations.

Warning: Your registration form gets your child on the sign-up list only. Without all three (3) forms below completed in their entirety, and MAILED IN TOGETHER, your child cannot participate in the AYC Junior Program this summer.
Liability -- Print, sign and date
Health -- Print, provide all information and sign
Physician -- Print. To be filled in by your child's physician
