A Sunny Day!
We had our first full day of sun today! Along with the Vitamin D came dry tennis courts, eager swimmers, and some breeze! The dry clay and Rodick's loss brought sprints and numerous games; and finally some sweat on the brow instead of rain! For the swimming, finally some interest to cool off! Strong current led to some PFD usage, but smiles were abound. In terms of sailing, the Opti 1s got out for some warm, dry, morning cruising, the Adventurers met a few of the Tall Ships in port in Gloucester, and the Race Teams enjoyed the steady, albeit shifty breezes of the Bay.
On Friday the Race Teams are heading off to 3 different regattas on both MA Shores. Thanks for all the parent support and GO SQUAM! Myopia Tourny starts next week...make sure to get those forms in and talk to Todd!
Teen Tennis starts tonight! 6-8pm, bring $5 for pizza and drinks, and your game face! Finally we've got some sun! To commemorate this joyous occasion, we've been taking pictures of all the fun outdoor activities everyone in the Junior Program has been able to enjoy. Click on any of them to see them full sized.

The Adventurers class spent the morning looking at the tall ships in Gloucester Harbor.

The 420 Race Team rigging as the Opti 1's swam. While the water is still a bit chilly, the air has finally warmed up! We're looking forward to more days like this...
