Over the next few weeks, I will be posting quick bios on our 2011 AYC JP Staff. Today I would like to introduce our new 420 Coach, Will Felder.
Will is from Martha's Vineyard and grew up sailing at Vineyard Haven Yacht Club. He is completing his junior year at the University of South Florida and has an opportunity to sail every day of the year in sunny St. Petersburg. Will is an education major who is looking forward to bring his teaching experience to AYC.
Will wanted to share the following with the AYC community: "I've been sailing as long as I can remember and have sailed all over the world. Coaching is just as much fun as sailing and my favorite dinghy is the 420, so I'm very excited to coach the team here at Annisquam. I have coached teams in Long Island, Buzzards Bay, Martha's Vineyard , and Miami. I also love to windsurf and surf, but either way I'm excited for a breezy day! I look forward to learning and developing as a team to accomplish a fun upcoming season at Annisquam."
