Despite some light winds in the first day, Mac McHugh and Adam Piispanen battled back to finish in 22nd place at the Junior Olympics last week. They earned two top ten finishes in the seven races.
Locally, the Annisquam 420s dominated the competition at the Essex Bay Mudflat Regatta. Annisquam Racers took 4 of the top 5 finishes, including a first place finish by Nick Hanna and Grace Papp. Scoring a 2nd place finish was Peter Thibodeau and Arjen Steegstra, who were participating in their first 420 regatta! In third place and fifth place respectively were Ben MacShane and Peter Remsen and Sam Denney and Soren Rossi.
