Lunch!

Based on survey results, concern for health and limiting waste, we have developed a more evolved lunch service for students and instructors in the program. I have worked closely with Tony and Debbie to offer a menu of good tasting AND healthier foods that will be offered in a less frenzied approach, where the kids and program staff can enjoy a relaxed lunch together.

A SIT-DOWN lunch will be held on the back porch of the Club. Students will sit at long tables to eat after picking up their food. Once they have finished eating and cleaned up their space, they can remain at the tables or they will be supervised in the game room. There will be no food or drink allowed in the game room.

Class lunch times are as follows:
11:30-12:00 - Opti 2, Tuesday-Friday
11:30-12:30 - Opti 1, Monday-Thursday
12:30-1:30 - Race Team (Opti and 420) Monday-Friday
1:00-2:00 - Adventurers, Monday-Thursday

Lunch costs will still be charged to member accounts. Please be sure your children are informed of the new menu choices and the account name to charge their lunches to. This will ensure a smoother ordering routine. Also, as always, to ensure a healthy meal, students are welcome to bring a lunch from home.

*The chicken fingers this season are juicier, crunchier, and more flavorful, while also reduced in fat, carbs, and sodium. Compared to Tyson chicken fingers (based on one serving of 4.5 oz.), there is 7.5 more grams of protein, and 3 less grams of Carbs! Moreover, in an effort to support local businesses, the chicken fingers are from a Gloucester based company.
