Congratulations to all the AYC sailors who participated in the Greenhead Regatta at Ipswich Bay last Friday.
In the 420 Championship Fleet, the AYC sailors swept first (Adam Piispanen and Grace Papp), second (Ben MacShane and Peter Remsen), and third (Peter Thibodeau and Sam Denney).
Not to be outdone, Jared Gilman came in first place, followed by Ted Moskal in third place in the Optimist fleet...a very impressive day for our Annisquam racers!
AYC also got strong showings from Mac McHugh and Mary French in the 420 class and Will Friend, Andrew Treat, Liam Strobeck, Ryan MacLaughlin, Frances Lewis,Luke Quine, Will McHugh and Ryan Feeley in the Optimist Race Class.
Many of these racers will be participating in Marblehead Race Week starting today at Pleon. Good luck to the thirteen racers participating and stay tuned for results...
