Tomorrow is another busy day for the JP as over 20 sailors are going to participate in the Greenhead Regatta at Ipswich Bay, while another 10-15 juniors will be competing in a USTA match against Ipswich Country Club.
All 420 participants should meet at the club at 8:15 am Friday morning to tow (sail) over to Ipswich Bay. We will be returning from this regatta late in the afternoon on Friday. Remember to bring a waterbottle and maybe a snack or two.
The Opti participants should meet at Ipswich Bay Yacht Club at 10:00 am. Lara, Clara, and Daisy will be towing the Optis into the bay to meet you there. All Opti participants need to find their own transportation to and from the regatta. Remember to bring a waterbottle and maybe a snack or two. The regatta should finish around 4:00 pm for an estimated pick-up.
TENNIS TIME CHANGE... The younger players (orange balls) will play at home (12:45 pm), the older players (yellow balls) will meet at AYC at 12:15 pm to leave for Ipswich CC for a 1:00 match.
